IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR

The time when pumpkin is a recurring ingredient in most of our fall recipes & when hot drinks slowly but surely return. Ooooowee i really do adore Fall, although I am a Summer baby... Hmmm, ANY WHO here is my dirty little secret...


 When it comes to topping off all of those savory fall recipes such as pumpkin pie, pumpkin spice latte, hot cocoa, yams, you name it, well the whip cream sure as hell adds on like a zillion calories, but thanks to MOI i found an alternative. 

This is an all natural ingredient, fat-free, zero calorie, & it tastes just as delicious as ReddiWhip but without all the crappy fat added. Yes, this stuff is seriously AWESOME! Although it may not be so awesome for those with lactose intolerance, due to the fact that it's not dairy-free, sorry
I was actually on the hunt for Soyatoo, but Whole Foods terribly failed me. Besides the no Soyatoo the market did succeed with a good ole' jar of coconut oil. My go to for EVERYTHING.
